Unless otherwise noted, Shipping rates within the United States is based on your order's subtotal. See the chart below. Travelin' Duckie ships via the US Postal Service.

Currently, Travelin' Duckie only ships to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO and Post Offices Boxes.
Forms of Payment:
We proudly use PayPal to securely process your credit card payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card, and this service is free to use.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from TravelinDuckie.com, simply contact us at sales@travelinduckie.com within 14 days and we will attempt to correct the problem. So that we can improve our product and services, we will ask why you wish to return the product. If your purchase is damaged in transit, you will need to send us digital photographs of the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of damages) to us for assessment. We will send you a "no charge" replacement of the damaged pieces. If you wish to return the products for other reasons, we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
TravelinDuckie.com will make any refunds to your credit card via our online processor--PayPal.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If a return has been authorized (please contact sales@travelinduckie.com as instructed above), all we ask is that you print out the emailed RETURNED MERCHANDICE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. Merchandice should be shipped in original shipping materials, or in a manor which reduces likelihood of damage during shipping.
